The American Museum of Ceramic Art has sculpture by Patz Fowle in their permanent collection! Pomona, California.

Ceramic sculptures by Patz Fowle are featured in the NEW book, "Humor in Craft" by Brigitte Martin.

Patz Fowle received the Outstanding Merit Award in the Palmetto Hands Juried Competition/Exhibition presented by the North Charleston Cultural Arts Department at the Charleston Area Convention Center, SC May 5-12, 2012.

Patz and Mike Fowle are exhibiting new sculptures in the 2012 "Visualisious" exhibition @ the Art Trail Gallery in Florence, SC. Opening reception Friday May 11 5:30-8:30 Exhibit runs May 11-June 29, 2012

Two ceramic sculptures by Patz Fowle were selected for inclusion in the
South Carolina State Museum Traveling Exhibition Program to tour the state June 2012-April 2013. 

"Patz Fowle in Progress" is a new book published by Black Creek Arts Council. The book chronicles Fowle's artistic journeys from the early 80's-2011 and features full color images of many of her ceramic sculptures. Black Creek Arts Council's sub granting program, which provided assistance for this project was funded in part by the South Carolina Arts Commission, the John and Susan Bennett Memorial Arts Fund of the Costal Community Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Patz Fowle will be joining the S C Governor's School for Science and Mathematics (GSSM) Center for Science Education and Outreach team this summer to provide brief Art Enrichment classes for From Middle School to College (FMSTC) and Grow Produce Develop (gpod) programs.

Patz Fowle exhibited new work at the Annual Congaree Arts Festival; at the South Carolina State Museum April 28, 2012.

Patz has an exhibit of new ceramic art at the Hartsville Memorial Public  Library in Hartsville, SC.

Patz received a 2nd place award at the
2012 Photofabulous Competition/ Exhibition @ the Art Trail Gallery Florence, SC 

The UK publication
Antennae-The Journal of Nature in Visual Culture highlights the work of contemporary sculptor,  Patz Fowle, author Courtney Lee Weida.

2010-Patz Fowle was a Mentor at the School of the Ar Institute  of Chicago/Teacher Institute in Contemporary Art. TICA is funded by the National Endowment for the Arts.

owle led a Patz Process Ceramic Technique workshop at the Potters Council of the American Ceramic Society-Handbuilding Conference at Spruill Center for the Arts in Atlanta, Ga.
  Patz Fowle is a professional visual artist recognized internationally for her distinctive style.
*The Patz Process Ceramic Technique*
for handbuilding in clay was developed by Fowle
in 1970. This innovative, straightforward clay
method has become part of the rich heritage of
American Ceramic Techniques.
Numerous examples of Fowle's works and techniques
are featured in ceramic books, international periodicals, sculpture reference books and in school art text books.
